promotes dignity, wellness, and access to essential resources both locally and globally. Position Summary The
Program Development Volunteer
will support the design, growth, and sustainability of the Women’s Health Program. This role requires experience in women’s health/public health and program development, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable initiatives that have both local and global impact. Key Responsibilities Assist in the
design and development of new Women’s Health initiatives , ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with SGP’s mission. Research funding opportunities and contribute to
fundraising efforts
to sustain and expand programs. Draft proposals, concept notes, and program materials for donors, partners, and community stakeholders. Collaborate with the
Director of International Outreach
and the
Director of Programs & Impact
to adapt initiatives for both local and global audiences. Provide strategic recommendations to ensure Women’s Health programming addresses community needs and advances health equity. Qualifications & Skills Background in
Women’s Health or Public Health . Background in
Program Development and Program Coordination . Familiarity with
nonprofit fundraising
and resource development. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a cross-cultural setting. Passion for health equity and empowering women and girls. Time Commitment 3–5 hours per week
(remote and flexible). Participation in
monthly virtual team meetings . Reporting Structure This volunteer will report directly to the
Women’s Health Program Director , while also collaborating closely with the
Director of International Outreach
and the
Director of Programs & Impact
