Part-Time Associate Veterinarian

What You'll Find Here: A collaborative multi-doctor team environment Advanced diagnostic tools, cold therapy laser, dentistry, and more A supportive atmosphere with mentorship available Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, relationship-based patient and client care Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes Build strong relationships within the practice and the Port St. Lucie community Mentor and support staff growth through the internal LevelUp training program Manage a diverse caseload, including both appointments and surgeries Qualifications:
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent ECFVG/PAVE completion) Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one in Florida) Compensation & Benefits:
Flexible compensation model (including optional Pro-Sal with no negative accrual) Significantly discounted veterinary care for multiple pets Paid CE days with allowance Paid state licensing fees, AVMA, and state professional dues Professional liability insurance coverage (PLIT) Personalized mentorship (including surgical) Access to internal veterinarian collaboration platforms 401(k) retirement match Paid holidays when scheduled
