Description: We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our esteemed group of professionals. The role includes providing expert neonatal care and managing NICU operations. Responsibilities will entail overseeing advanced NICU services including high-frequency ventilation, whole body cooling, and nitric oxide therapy. Collaboration with multidisciplinary pediatric and maternal-fetal medicine subspecialists, pediatric surgeons, and the neonatology team is essential. Support for medical education by working with medical students and residents will be provided. Engagement in quality improvement initiatives and participation in research projects are part of the role. Clinical coverage will include day shifts, on-call, and weekend duties as needed. Active participation in leadership meetings and committees is required. Relocation may be necessary for candidates outside the immediate local area. Visa support is available for J1 Visa candidates.
