Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Receiving Clerk

to join our client's warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using a

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

to accurately receive, verify, and record incoming shipments while ensuring product quality and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming materials, verifying quantities and product condition against purchase orders and packing lists.

Accurately enter receiving data into the

WMS

and update inventory records.

Tag, label, and organize items in the correct storage locations.

Communicate with purchasing and inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies or damaged goods.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.

Assist with cycle counts, stock rotations, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if applicable). Qualifications: Minimum

1 year of warehouse or receiving experience

required.

Proficiency with WMS platforms

(SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or similar systems).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email communication).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Prior experience in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.

Forklift certification a plus. Pay Details:

$16.50 per hour
