Your Responsibilities Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Execute and continuously refine preventive maintenance procedures to enhance equipment performance. Participate in changeovers to guarantee smooth and accurate execution. Repair and rebuild spare parts as needed to maintain productivity. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards while following operational practices and procedures. Enhance your skills through formal training and hands-on experiences, including new equipment installations and modification projects. Your Qualifications Available to work Monday - Friday, 6:15 am - 3:30 pm, with the flexibility to work overtime as required. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment. Preferred experience with Gem Wheel, Palletizer, and Airveyor systems. Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, along with exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical documentation, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Capability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation.
