Our client, a leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking an Automotive Controls technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for general machine maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic), in addition to troubleshooting PLCs. The ideal candidate will have at at least 3 years of relevant experience, a hard-working attitude, and willingness to learn.

2nd and 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting and repair functions on all equipment to support productivity and reliability throughout the facility

Provide hands-on technical support for down equipment coverage and/or project coverage

Training of operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks

Be responsive and dedicated to meeting production needs and requirements.

Perform installation, corrective maintenance or preventive/predictive maintenance all equipment and tooling as assigned

Requirements

Read electrical schematics

Troubleshoot robot failures

Troubleshoot issues with Allen-Bradley PLCs

Troubleshoot & repair pneumatic & hydraulics systems and components. (seals, valves, cylinders)

Knowledge of Keyence Cameras
