We're seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations for a multifamily community in Houston.
You'll oversee a dedicated on-site team, drive occupancy and financial goals, and ensure residents have a community they're proud to call home.

What You'll Do
Lead and motivate your on-site team, including leasing and maintenance staff
Drive property performance by meeting occupancy, revenue, and expense goals
Build strong relationships with residents and foster a positive community culture
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and daily operations to maximize NOI
Maintain property curb appeal and ensure all maintenance and safety standards are met
Implement marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and all property regulations
Utilize property management software (ResMan, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
What You'll Bring
3+ years of property management experience (multifamily required)
Experience managing B & C class properties (1960s-1980s construction)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
Proven ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and drive results
Working knowledge of Fair Housing and Texas property laws
Proficiency in ResMan, Yardi, or similar software
Reliable transportation and ability to work some weekends as needed
