Territory Sales Manager - Mid-South
About the Role We are hiring a
Territory Sales Manager
to expand business in the
Mid-South region
(Southern Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi).
Candidates with existing customer relationships in the region - and experience selling
steel (flat, tube, or fabrication products)
- will have a strong edge.
Responsibilities Build and manage a territory with existing but unsaturated business. Acquire new accounts and grow performance of current customers. Sell across steel, tube, and fabrication lines, adapting to customer needs. Track performance against quota and report results regularly. Partner with operations to ensure smooth service and delivery. Qualifications
5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally in
metals, steel, or related industrial distribution. Ability to demonstrate prior sales growth, new account wins, and retention. Regional customer relationships in Mid-South markets are highly valued. Strong negotiation and closing ability. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary
$75K-$150K+ depending on experience
(one-year guarantees available for proven client movers). Monthly uncapped commission structure: Steel: 1% Tube: 1.5% Fabrication: 2% Solid performers currently on track to earn $225K-$290K in 2025, but has been higher in stronger years (350k+) #ind1
