Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Clerk (Shipper/Receiver) Location: Fairdale, KY Employment Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $21/hour Integrity Trade Services: we take pride in delivering industry-leading solutions backed by reliability, precision, and exceptional service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk (Shipper/Receiver) to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that support our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare outbound shipments, including loading, unloading, packing, verifying, recording, and arranging transportation. Receive, sort, and stage shipments in designated locations; hand packing slips to Receiving. Verify counts and ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound products. Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Report damages or discrepancies immediately to the supervisor. Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold 6S standards for workplace organization. Provide backup support to the Wheeled Equipment Coordinator, Raw Material Handler, Material Handler, and Aftermarket Parts Pickers as needed. Assist in packaging larger skidded items for shipment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving operations. Valid lift truck license required. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task effectively and process orders efficiently. Impeccable communication skills - both verbal and written. Strong teamwork and organizational abilities. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with 3rd-party shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, freight scheduling, etc.). Valid Lift Truck License Health and Safety Responsibilities: Comply with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies at all times. Wear required PPE and follow safe operating procedures. Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or policy violations to a supervisor immediately. Attend and apply all required safety training (e.g., WHMIS, orientation). Never remove or disable protective devices; replace them promptly after use. Education: Minimum Grade 12 (High School Diploma). The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.
