Pega Application Developer

to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing applications on the Pega platform. Collaborating closely with business analysts and fellow developers, you will help translate requirements into effective application designs. To excel in this position, you should have a solid background in Java and JavaScript programming, along with familiarity with relational databases like Oracle or MySQL. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications on the Pega platform. Collaborate with team members to understand application requirements and designs. Write and optimize code using Java and JavaScript. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality applications. Deploy applications effectively on servers. Coordinate with project managers to ensure business architecture aligns with customer needs. Monitor application performance and implement necessary enhancements. Integrate company databases, legacy software, and online services seamlessly. Troubleshoot and resolve application problems, code errors, and bottlenecks efficiently. Conduct system performance testing and reporting. Ensure the privacy and security of all system programs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. Demonstrated experience as a Pega developer. Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x versions. Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB technologies. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum. Proficient in coding with AngularJS, Java, and JQuery. Knowledgeable in web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML. Adept at troubleshooting complex software issues. Proficiency in JAVA, .NET, and Pega scripting languages. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in federal government projects. Eligibility for holding a security clearance. Perks
