About the Opportunity Empowered Partnerships LLC is supporting a respected behavioral health and recovery program in Portland, Oregon in hiring a Spanish-fluent Clinical Supervisor.
This position provides clinical leadership within a culturally grounded program serving Spanish-speaking adults and families experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. The role blends program oversight, clinical supervision, culturally responsive care, and collaborative leadership.
This is a direct-hire role. The selected candidate will be employed by our client (not Empowered Partnerships LLC). Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical and peer support staff Lead bilingual clinical service delivery aligned with culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and compliance with state and federal standards Review and approve assessments, service plans, and progress notes Ensure staff receive required supervision hours and support professional development Coordinate interdisciplinary care across mental health, addiction services, case management, housing, and community support systems Participate in program quality improvement and performance review processes Support crisis response and clinical risk management Deliver direct client services when needed and model evidence-based care Qualifications
Licensed or registered as one of the following in home state: QMHP CSWA LCSW LPC LMFT CADC-II required or CADC-I with ability to obtain CADC-II within 12 months Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field required Fluent in Spanish and English - required 2+ years providing SUD services strongly preferred Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience (or demonstrated internal leadership) 2+ years post-graduate behavioral health experience preferred CPR certification required Ability to pass background check, TB test, and drug screen Valid driver's license & acceptable driving record Skills & Abilities
Expertise in culturally responsive care and community-rooted support models Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities Ability to mentor clinicians and support trauma-informed practice Skilled in documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary care teams and community systems Professional communication skills in both Spanish and English Compassionate, equitable, strengths-based approach to care Why This Opportunity Stands Out
