Hours: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC) or LP considered ($75,000)
We are seeking aLicensed Clinicianto join ourAssertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This role provides counseling, education, and support to individuals living with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, using a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach.
The Family Specialist maintains a small caseload, provides individual and group counseling, and coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team and community partners. This position also offers the opportunity tosupervise 2–3 team members and interns.
ACT is a highly collaborative, community-based model that supports people in achieving their recovery and life goals through person-centered, mobile services.
Responsible for on-call shifts monitoring and responding to after-hours calls to the program emergency phone. Shifts are for one week at a time on a rotating basis.
Qualifications:
LMSW or MHC-LP required; LCSW or LMHC preferred
Experience with co-occurring disorders and recovery-oriented practices
Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Yiddish) a plus
