EHS Manager

to join our U.S. Country Office in

MO . Reporting to the Senior Director of Environment, Health & Safety, this role provides strategic and hands-on support to U.S. facility management teams, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement across operations. The EHS Manager will also represent the company on industry committees, contribute to corporate initiatives, and help strengthen our safety culture and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary EHS advisor to facility management teams across assigned U.S. regions. Keep leadership informed on regulatory updates, compliance issues, and EHS performance metrics. Conduct site visits to assess needs, perform audits, and deliver training to facility managers and safety teams. Facilitate in-person and virtual safety and compliance training programs. Lead Safety Committee meetings, Toolbox Talks, and employee orientations to promote proactive safety engagement. Conduct facility inspections to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain EHS procedures and programs aligned with U.S. regulatory and corporate standards. Support emergency response planning and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Partner with HR and management to maintain effective Disability Management programs. Ensure accurate, timely completion of all required regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA, BLS, etc.). Participate in strategic planning for EHS goals, metrics, and performance improvement. Represent the company on relevant industry committees and regulatory working groups. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational or Environmental Health & Safety (or related discipline). 5-7 years of experience in occupational, environmental, health, and safety management. Strong knowledge of Federal and State workplace health and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA). Proven experience managing regulatory inspections and compliance programs.. CSP designation (or ability to obtain within 24 months). Experience in agribusiness, food processing, or manufacturing (union and non-union) preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills. Ability to travel within North America.
