Industry Finance Type Privately Held Role Overview As the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s financial strategy and enhancing shareholder value. You will oversee the capital structure and funding strategies while leading key initiatives in treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity, and debt/equity financing. Your expertise in managing mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments will be crucial as you collaborate with the executive team to evaluate new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass: Conducting financial modeling and risk analysis to support decision-making. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining robust financial controls. Optimizing resource allocation across departments. Providing strategic insights to the C-suite and Board of Directors. Leading and mentoring high-performing finance teams to achieve results. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in finance or business administration (MBA preferred) and have over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic financial leadership. You will have a proven track record in capital raising, structured financing, and strategic analysis, complemented by excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
