Pink Space Theory seeks a
Grant Researcher
to identify funding opportunities supporting our mission of inspiring underrepresented students through STEAM learning. Ideal for those who enjoy research, organization, and supporting education equity. What You’ll Do: Find Funding Opportunities:
Research and list potential grantmakers, foundations, and corporate partners that match Pink Space Theory’s programs and goals. Access to some online platforms will require a visit to your local library. Review Eligibility and Fit:
Examine funder guidelines, deadlines, and funding priorities to assess suitability for our organization. Track Deadlines and Requirements:
Maintain an organized database of grant opportunities, including key details and submission timelines. Support Proposal Preparation:
Work with the grant-writing team to summarize funder expectations, required documents, and key focus areas. Share Findings:
Summarize and recommend next steps to the Pink Space Theory leadership team. We are seeking candidates with strong research and analytical abilities, demonstrated by prior experience locating funding sources or in similar research-based role s. Excellent written communication skills and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Background in nonprofit or educational funding is a plus. You must be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines reliably. A passion for STEAM education and a commitment to expanding access for underserved students are highly valued.
