Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, WI to find experienced and reliable Robotic Welders on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Pay:

$19 to $22+ (BOE) - with base increase and shift premiums when hired on

2nd Shift:

Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm OR 2:30pm-11pm*

3rd Shift:

Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am*

*May need to train on 1st shift

*OT may be required at times

Responsibilities

Operate and program robotic welders, including setting controls for wire feed speed, amperage, and gas type.

Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using tools like gauges.

Perform various welding techniques (MIG/TIG) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions and maintain a clean work area.

Load and unload welded frames, managing accurate counts and labeling for customer specifications.

Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and clean components to achieve required configurations and maintain quality standards.

Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and procedure manuals.

Proficient in basic dimensional measuring and competent in basic shop math.

Basic understanding of computer functions relevant to the job.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask.

Pay Details:

$775.00 to $1,180.00 per week
