The Opportunity
As an experienced EICA (Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) Engineer, you will work within multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with Project Managers, Design Managers, and Engineers, as well as clients, supply chain partners, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design through to detailed design, technical studies, site surveys, and investigations.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
Preparing technical specifications, control philosophies, EICA schedules and drawings, and engineering reports.
Developing detailed design documentation and supporting multidisciplinary coordination.
Producing Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, and Network Infrastructure Diagrams.
Providing electrical input to support wider engineering outputs such as General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models, and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams.
A good understanding of DSEAR regulations and their application to EICA design and installation.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
You are an experienced Electrical Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. You are ideally Chartered or Incorporated, with several years of experience in EICA engineering design.
It’s great if you also have the following
You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute effectively to collaborative design discussions, technical workshops, and safety reviews such as HAZOPs and ALMs.
Experience within the water sector is advantageous, though candidates from the energy, infrastructure, or environmental sectors are also encouraged to apply.
