In Home Clinician - Community Based -
Worcester/Charlton
Are you a dedicated clinician ready to make a difference with a flexible, independent schedule? The Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Charlton is looking for passionate In-Home Clinicians with a master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, plus a sign-on bonus!
This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires a completed master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field.
Brief overview of position:
Provide individual and family counseling using trauma-informed methods. Assist caregivers in accessing resources and supporting their youth's behavioral health. Develop care plans and interventions to strengthen family support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care. Strong communication, risk management, and creative problem-solving skills required. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary. At Wayside, we invest in our staff's growth. Salary Range:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and the other half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part time).
What you will do:
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma informed and culturally responsive interventions for youth and their families. Assist caregivers in navigating systems, to promote their awareness of resources and access to supports. Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child's behavioral health needs. Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth for clients. Promote and strengthen family's natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the child, parents, and other providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care. Ensure that client's rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency. Collaborate with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for clients. Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field. Driving in the community is a requirement of this position; please ensure you have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
