Lead and mentor the shift team to deliver outstanding customer service. Establish a cohesive team dynamic and promote collaboration. Address and solve problems promptly; seek assistance when needed. Help develop team members through guidance and mentorship. Assist in achieving store goals and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications
