Responsible for providing technical leadership in support of the company's learning management system and managing the creation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the company's technology-enabled education and how it is delivered.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze data, recognize trends, and recommend solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and to optimize utilization of all resources related to the delivery of technology-enabled content.
Develop and manage highly complex training projects relating to LMS maintenance and improvement, content delivery, and content creation.
Proactively seek to understand LMS capabilities with breadth and depth and assess how new updates could benefit future development and how changes to the platform may affect current processes (risk assessment).
Provide frontline end-user support and troubleshooting, facilitate the escalation of LMS technical issues, monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and work proactively to identify potential solutions.
Use technical writing skills to develop, review, and revise curricula and instructional materials while identifying opportunities to improve the overall effectiveness of training.
Develop, build, and maintain all elements related to the delivery of technology-enabled content, including but not limited to content integrations and creation, curriculum programs, and LMS structure.
Manage the document release cycle for deliverables for the Instructional Design team, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience in a related role.
Proficiency with technology-based communication, presentation, and content development tools.
Strong project management and diplomacy skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively interface within a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and tools.
Ability to handle detail-oriented work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and focusing on critical deliverables.
Ability to interact with others in a professional and productive manner while utilizing effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with managing a Docebo learning platform.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Compensation details : Salary range between $80,000 - $100,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
