Logistics Coordinator
to ensure that every truck, pallet, and piece of paperwork is set up, tracked, and accounted for. This role reports directly to our Head of Operations and is part of our remote HQ. In this role, you will: Set up, track, and manage shipments between ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, co-manufacturers, co-packers, fulfillment centers, and retail partners. Own the start-to-finish shipment setup process, including gathering and managing requirements around dimensions, weights, freight quotes, and bill of lading (BOLs) to ensure accurate, cost-effective, and on-time movements. Partner with suppliers and carriers to secure quotes, validate shipment details, and confirm proper documentation before trucks are dispatched. Ensure financial integrity through three-way matching of purchase orders, raw materials shipped, and invoices received. Keep ERP systems accurate and current with packaging and ingredients received, finished goods produced, and transfers between supply chain partners. Maintain clear documentation for every shipment to support financial audits and smooth inventory flow. Build relationships with shipping partners to improve service quality and unlock potential cost savings. We're looking for someone who: Has 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including 1–2 years in logistics operations, demonstrating independence and a strong get-it-done attitude. Is comfortable with ERP systems (experience with fulfil.io is a huge plus). Has hands-on experience (or strong aptitude) in managing shipping requirements like dimensions, weight, freight quotes, and BOLs. Is willing to learn tools like Slack and partner portals to stay connected. Is detail-oriented, proactive, and effective at problem-solving when things don't add up. Communicates effectively, knowing what to share, with whom, and when. Approach to the role: Detail-focused and diligent with paperwork, documentation, and system updates. Critical thinker who doesn't let inconsistencies slide — you dig in until they're resolved. Independent operator who also values collaboration with teammates. To Apply:
