About the Role Help develop frameworks and systems that scale beyond core client experiences. Work cross-functionally with researchers, design system, product, engineering, and analytics to create intuitive, well-crafted experiences. Engage in projects that combine digital and physical design, getting deep in the weeds with research and our clients themselves. You have 5 years of work experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale and experience leading new initiatives and delivering impact in a team environment. You think of yourself as a craftsperson pushing the envelope on quality, usually find yourself sweating over the lowest level of details, and care about elevating the user experience. You have great storytelling skills and can rationalize your proposals in a clear way to stakeholders at all levels. You're passionate about solving complex problems and use a first principles approach. You have experience with problem spaces that range across multiple audiences.
