Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist
to support their vastly growing operations. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible impact on the supply chain process. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging. Partner with vendors to source products, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics, and quality) to meet customer and business requirements. Identify and qualify new suppliers to enhance cost savings, quality, and sustainability. Track market trends and provide insights to support sourcing strategies. What You Should Bring 2–5 years of purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience (nutraceuticals, food, beverage, or related industry preferred). Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management experience. Solid analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus. Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Willingness and commitment to work on-site in Bountiful, UT — 5 days per week. Why Join Our Client's Team?
