About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic finance leader with a proven track record in driving financial clarity, discipline, and performance. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full spectrum of financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting. The VP of FP&A will also be a key business partner to executive leadership and department heads, providing data-driven insights and leading cross-functional initiatives to support the company's growth and efficiency.

Candidates for this role must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, and a strong background in SaaS or subscription-based business models. Essential skills include exceptional financial modeling and forecasting, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with BI, data warehouse, and data visualization. The role requires a leader who can build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, advance the FP&A function through automation, and establish scalable financial planning frameworks. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being a plus, and experience in high-growth, venture-backed SaaS companies is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and business partnership skills, with a high degree of executive presence, and be adept at supporting executive leadership and Board-level communication.
