Operate and maintain cutting-edge automated equipment in a highly automated facility, including changeovers and minor maintenance (making, finishing) via computer terminals. Troubleshoot as needed to ensure seamless production. Ensure product quality through meticulous sampling, statistical controls, and accurate compliance documentation while maintaining GMPs and FDA standards. Coordinate logistics with warehouse and distribution teams, manage product preparation, and ensure a clean, organized work area following housekeeping standards. Drive continuous improvement using tools such as 5 Whys and root cause analysis; share knowledge and support ongoing learning and performance reviews. Prioritize safety and environmental/occupational standards; address internal and external customer needs and support key stakeholders and major retailers. Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED Technical Experience
1+ year of experience in manufacturing, military, or relevant production operations. Ability to adhere to safety and EOHS standards and use all required personal protective equipment. Physical Requirements
Stand for 8–12 hours per shift; ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and reach for extended periods. Lift/move up to 50 pounds; wear required PPE; ascend/descend ladders and stairs. Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or Technical Degree; FDA-regulated environment and OSHA standards experience. Experience with equipment changeovers (make-ready) and quality checks or audits. Proficiency with Continuous Improvement tools and problem-solving techniques; ability to train others and help achieve production goals. Experience leading team meetings and producing production reports. Familiarity with SAP modules and Microsoft Office for production planning and decision-making. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:
$22.89 - $24.74 USD
per hour. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives where applicable. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, 401(k) with company matching (subject to eligibility), a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive at least 120 hours), 13 paid holidays, and paid sick leave as per local laws and role-specific policies.
