Job Description
Oversee individual projects with the goal of eventually managing multiple teams Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment Collaborate with business development teams to identify and secure new opportunities Develop contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation Mentor, train, and support team members to foster professional growth MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
10-20 years of experience in construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field Proven Design/Build experience Demonstrated success in Business Development, including a track record of winning projects and driving revenue growth Strong ability to create and write contracts Proficiency in strategic planning Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $15M Local to Indianapolis with a strong understanding of the local market Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams What's on Offer
Title: Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Director of Construction (based on experience) Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 - $185,000 per year Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan Performance-based bonus structure at all levels Car allowance
Career Growth: Opportunity for advancement into a Vice President role within a few years
