is seeking an
Information Operations Planner
to plan and coordinate across joint, combined, and interagency teams. The planner will work closely with military counterparts to ensure IO effects are integrated into all phases of operations. This position is for a forthcoming contract and will be based at the Customers location in Camp Smith, HI. An active TS/SCI or TS w/SCI eligibility clearance is required. Responsibilities Assess lethal and non?lethal effects from Information Forces and activities (MISO, MILDEC, EW) and provide recommendation into the targeting process. Apply situational awareness within planning and synchronization of OIE with joint force mission partners. Develop plans and concepts to leverage the inherent informational aspects of joint force activities in the theater. Apply operational art and design in the application of JOPP/MDMP. Integrate Information Forces and activities across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries. Work with military planners to break down and synthesize data for plans and operations. Provide analysis including basic descriptive statistics, longitudinal analysis, and hypothesis testing (including non?parametric correlation and PCA). Support assessment of the information environment using opinion research, intelligence, operational reporting, and social media insights. Contribute to design of opinion research and interpretation of findings (survey, flash polls, focus groups, interviews). Develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the IE and consider key cultural aspects. Apply technical skills to tactical, operational, and strategic planning/execution and track measures of performance. Review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational?level OIE?related directives in support of mission elements. Integrate with interagency and IC, coordinate adjacent operations, and develop support for related capabilities. Use working knowledge of MISO/IO, MILDEC, OPSEC, EW, cyberspace operations and integrate joint warfare capabilities.
Qualifications
IO planning experience at a joint/service level. Formal OIE background (e.g., FA30 or equivalent civilian/contractor training). Completion of JIOPC, OPSEC Planners Course, or similar military planning courses. SAMS or SAW graduate. Operational experience supporting CENTCOM AOR; INDOPACOM or AFRICOM also acceptable. Familiarity with MILDEC, EW, Cyber, MISO, Public Affairs, Civil Affairs, Space, and Intelligence Operations. Strong cross?functional teamwork and communication skills. Prior experience can be substituted for a degree based on the level of the role.
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI or TS w/SCI Eligibility clearance is required. Physical and Environmental Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing/seated) most of the time. Viewing a computer screen/monitor. Utilizing a keyboard.

Salary
Proposed Salary Range: $120,000$210,000 Camp Smith, HI. Actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, business need, and location. Equal Opportunity Employer
