Description A growing food company located near Lake City, FL is currently searching for a Production Superintendent with poultry experience. The position is a 1st shift role. In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in production
3+ years production supervisor experience in a poultry processing plant
2 years of experience in poultry 2nd Processing (covering departments: Cryovac, Dark Meat Packing, Deli Wog, and Overwrap)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
