Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing equipment and automated systems
Supervise and optimize the operation of electromechanical systems
Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC, robot, and control systems
Provide technical support for the installation and launch of new machines and technologies
Prepare, update, and maintain technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation
Participate in process improvement projects (automation, Industry 4.0, energy efficiency)
Cooperate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
University degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
PLC programming knowledge (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, or similar) is an advantage
Basic mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
Experience in a manufacturing or automation environment is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Precise, independent, and responsible approach to work
Good command of English (both written and spoken) for technical documentation and supplier communication
