Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
Participate in the project proposal effort by defining the project scope of work and budget.
Experience with electrical design for buildings new construction and renovations.
Telecommunications (cell tower-wireless design) experience a plus.
Knowledge of electrical and building codes and standards, including National Electrical (NEC), Energy Code, and International Building Code (IBC).
Experience with fire alarm system design, lighting design, lighting control and building low voltage systems requirements.
Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.
Sincere commitment to learning new skills and accepting new responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proficient and accurate in all areas of AutoCAD.
Experience with Revit MEP is preferred but not required.
At least 6 years of relevant experience.
EIT registration is required.
PE is preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
