Base Pay Range US$60,000.00/yr – US$115,000.00/yr

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project delivery, a focus on quality and safety, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects ($1M–$50M+ typical).
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance.
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and performance standards.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff.
Lead project meetings, documentation, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks; manage RFIs and change orders.
Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
5–10 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
Proven success managing ground‑up and renovation projects across sectors such as manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, education, healthcare, or office.
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
