UiPath Platform Developer
Job Description:
As a UiPath Platform Developer 1 at Kwik Trip, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using the UiPath platform. Your work will directly support Kwik Trip's mission to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our customers, coworkers, and suppliers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, build scalable solutions, and ensure the stability and performance of deployed bots. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about process improvement, automation, and continuous learning.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conceptualizing, designing, coding, testing, implementing, documenting, and supporting high-quality applications within the UiPath platform. Developing no-low code workflows, configurations, and user interfaces to enhance user experiences and streamline processes. Operating within an Agile Kanban framework to prioritize and deliver features and enhancements. Communicating and collaborating with IT coworkers, business stakeholders, and vendors. Remediating incidents and resolving issues within the UiPath platform, ensuring compliance with Change Management processes. Driving the growth, integration, and adoption of the UiPath platform across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing platform value. Qualifications:
Previous experience with the UiPath platform, specifically in development, is required. UiPath Developer Associate and Professional certifications are preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications will be required to obtain them within the first year of employment. Knowledge of the following technologies and tools is highly desirable: UiPath Studio, UiPath Insights, UiPath Apps, UiPath Document Understanding, Agentic workflows and SQL Server Management Studio Scripting languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Applicable data privacy practices and laws All phases of system development and project management The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Ability to be a self-starter; be self-motivated. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines. Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess strong customer service and facilitation skills. Accurate and detail orientated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with users, development staff, and technical staff is essential. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to manage projects from beginning to end. Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime business hours (Between 7 AM - 5 PM Central) or as needed to perform duties, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed. Hybrid Work Schedule:
This position allows for a rotating hybrid work schedule with one week being 2 days in, 3 days out and the following week being 3 days in, 2 days out. Flexible Work Schedule:
This position allows for a flexible half day every other Friday.
