What you’ll bring
Read and write English; interact with the general public and coworkers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Apply common sense to detailed written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
It would be extra awesome if you brought:
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
Specific duties include:
Maintain a store section, receive and stock merchandise, ensure proper pricing and rotation, set up displays, and review invoices for accuracy.
Cleans and maintains sanitation standards in all interior, exterior areas of the store and parking lot.
Operate a cash register, receive payment, make change, and process credit/debit transactions; verify customer eligibility for alcoholic beverages.
Offer friendly and courteous assistance to customers, help load purchases into vehicles.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties and record lost/damaged goods and supplies.
