About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven
Digital Marketing Performance Lead
to spearhead our paid media strategy and enhance website performance for our DTC operations. This role involves both paid acquisition and onsite optimization, including SEO and CRO. Your responsibilities may vary monthly based on business needs, highlighting the importance of adaptability and flexibility. Take a hands-on approach with campaigns, analytics, and site enhancements to ensure traffic translates into significant growth. You will play a pivotal role in enriching the online experience for fans, making it easier, more engaging, and fun. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Execution Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on major platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Criteo. Explore new channels like TikTok and Reddit to broaden our reach and improve acquisition. Manage campaign pacing, targeting, ad refreshes, and budget allocation to ensure optimal effectiveness. Performance Optimization Analyze campaign performance utilizing KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and MER. Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and overall performance. Evaluate attribution models and reporting to gain insights into channel performance throughout the customer journey. Offer actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and scale paid media outcomes. Agency and Cross-Functional Collaboration Oversee daily relations with the paid media agency, ensuring priorities and performance goals are achieved. Work closely with marketing and purchasing teams to support promotional priorities and campaign launches. Collaborate with the Email & SMS Manager to synchronize acquisition and retention strategies. Contribute to the promotional calendar and product launch planning from a paid media standpoint. Website Optimization and SEO Implement SEO best practices across site content, metadata, and product pages. Initiate CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates, checkout flow, and landing page performance. Audit and improve website UI/UX for better navigation, discoverability, and customer experience. Align site updates with upcoming campaigns and promotional priorities. Analytics and Consumer Insights Maintain reporting dashboards to monitor both paid media performance and overall DTC results. Utilize analytics and consumer insights to inform targeting strategies, offers, and messaging. Conduct consumer research, including surveys and competitive analysis, to thoroughly understand fan preferences and behaviors. Requirements 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media, preferably in consumer products like toys and collectibles. Proven hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable results. Strong background in SEO and website optimization, including CRO and UI/UX enhancements. Familiarity with emerging platforms such as TikTok and Reddit is a plus. Excellent skills in campaign analytics, attribution, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Experience in consumer research methods, including surveys and competitive analysis. Proficient in Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Adept in managing paid media budgets and agency partnerships. Knowledgeable of platform policies, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
