We’re seeking a
Senior BCBA
to take on a leadership role, expanding our reach while contributing to a dynamic, supportive team known for innovation, teamwork, and high standards of care.
Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 to $90,000
Monthly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year
Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Professional Development: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend + CASP Membership
Relocation Packages available
Benefits
Work from Home Days: 3 admin days per month
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
Manageable Caseloads: support an average of 7 clients
Paid Time Off: 27 days including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays
Responsibilities
Lead ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
Collaborate with caregivers and service providers for holistic care
Support staff development through feedback and training
Assist in clinic oversight and program development

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years (preferred 5 years) experience as BCBA or equivalent
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Eligibility for LBA certification
Supervisor status under BACB
Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for helping children achieve full potential
Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Must be able to commute to Harlingen, TX or willing to relocate with employer-provided assistance
