About the Position We are hiring full-time Head Infant and Head Toddler Teachers at our Mountain View and San Jose locations. The Head Teacher will oversee the Infant and Toddler programs, evaluate curriculum, train other staff, serve as liaison between the Director and staff, visit sister schools, and facilitate in‑service meetings. Base Pay Range $52,000 – $61,360 per year
Hourly Compensation $25–$29.50 per hour, based on experience, education, and position requirements.

Responsibilities
Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities and ensure highest quality care in the classroom
Oversee Infant/Toddler program and evaluate curriculum
Train and mentor staff members
Serve as liaison between the Director and staff within the age group
Visit other sites to share knowledge
Assist in planning and facilitating school‑wide staff in‑service meetings
Lead an award‑winning program
Qualifications
Associate's Degree
Completion of 12 core ECE semester units, including Infant/Toddler Development course (will be supported if not completed)
2 years of experience with children
A love and passion for working with young children
Professional, enthusiastic, and influential role model to peers
Excellent communication skills
A reliable, can‑do attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
