About the Team The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of our customer accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics, our Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships and deploy Anduril products to support missions. They work side‑by‑side with customers to understand problem sets and shape Anduril’s offerings in collaboration with engineering. They are responsible for customer and mission success and drive the future of Anduril Industries. Connected Warfare is a business line focused on a software‑defined distributed C2 architecture for orchestrating and automating 3rd‑party combat‑fielded sensors and strike networks for joint operations.

Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products.
Lead planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software to support customer missions. Work with engineering, logistics, and technical operations to deploy products, train users, and ensure high performance.

What You'll Do
Serve in a customer‑facing capacity with US Special Operations Command and internal Anduril departments to develop and deploy Anduril integrated hardware‑software C2 products.
Own the delivery of contract deliverables, including performance measures, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps for SOCOM.
Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements and challenges from product usage.
Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive development of product features and configurations that improve user workflows.
Foster cross‑business line collaboration to integrate Anduril products across the U.S. Armed Forces and internal customers, driving adoption and synergy.
Create a streamlined user feedback and engagement system with issue tracking, training sessions, refreshers, and preparation for large‑scale exercises.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring trust, clear communication, and alignment.
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical program/account management roles.
Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
Secret/TS Clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred.
Willing to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with US Special Operations Command.
Experience and familiarity with joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems and workflows.
Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles.
Prior military or government acquisition and/or contracting experience.
Direct experience in management consulting or product management.
Strong strategic insight to assess business opportunities and risks.
US Salary Range $128,000—$171,000 USD
