Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for medical leave coverage from October 26 to December 22. This position is located in East Falmouth, MA, within a school environment serving students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade at a single school site. The caseload includes approximately 26 students requiring speech and language therapy services. Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-3rd grade students as outlined in individualized education plans. Manage a caseload of 26 students, providing assessments, treatment, and progress documentation. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs. Complete required report writing and documentation, with additional time allocated on Tuesdays and Thursdays for this purpose. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and therapy services. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification or licensure as a School SLP. Experience working with early elementary-aged children (K-3rd grade). Ability to effectively manage a moderate caseload and complete requisite documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills within an educational setting. Schedule: Full-time hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Lunch scheduled from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. Additional 30 minutes allotted on Tuesday and Thursday for report writing. This contract position is an excellent opportunity to provide vital speech therapy services in a supportive educational environment.
