Child Developmental Behavior Specialist

will work within our specialized care model that combines the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission‑driven care for children aged 2‑6.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children 2‑6 years old in our clinic, adhering to professional standards.

Implement intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA principles.

Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA and maintain certification.

Qualifications

Enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.

Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Paid training provided).

Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential.

Physical ability to sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain in a seated or kneeling position for extended periods.
