What You Need: Proficiency in PLC programming, vision systems, HMI, and robotics. Knowledge of AC, DC, and servo systems. Strong understanding of robotics principles and control systems. Hands-on experience with robotic hardware/software (sensors, actuators, PLCs, vision systems). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What You Get:

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated woodworking machinery (CNC, saws, conveyors, finishing equipment, etc.). Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and hydraulic systems. Program, test, integrate, and debug PLC, robotics, vision systems, and HMI controls for automation systems. Assist with the design and maintenance of electrical control systems, including schematics, panels, and field devices. Support the maintenance team with electrical/mechanical troubleshooting of production equipment. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure functionality, performance, and safety standards. Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and project reports. Complete general facility maintenance as needed. Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred). Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication is a plus. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.).
