What You’ll Get To Do

Value Stream Mapping processes, time studies, leading Kaizen events, creating Standard Work, audits and Gemba walks, and developing PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, and Job Element Sheets.

Conduct root cause analysis using 5-Why, Cause & Effect Diagram, A3 tools, and new product introduction (NPI) validation, including test validation plans, gauge studies, and statistical analysis.

Use voice of the customer information for decision making and apply problem‑solving tools such as 5-Why, Logic Tree, and Cause & Effect diagram to determine root causes and derive countermeasures.

Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, continually improving processes; use business understanding to accomplish work.

Conduct audits, write audit reports, distribute reports, follow up on non‑conformances, and manage Quality Alerts.

Represent Quality Assurance in the review and approval of CAPAs, Deviations, MDRs, Validations, and QWC; maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System.

Support creation of quality documents for new product launches; conduct inspections, testing, and analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with OBE and industry standards.

Respond to and follow up on customer complaints.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, mechanical, manufacturing, chemical engineering, industrial engineering).

3+ years of experience with Toyota Production Systems, mechanical or manufacturing processes, and knowledge of drawings, specifications, and standards.

Understanding of machined parts and their manufacturing processes, and a background in continuous improvement.

ISO‑9000 or TS‑16949 quality system experience is beneficial.

Limited understanding of general business principles.

CQE, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred; ASQ Quality Engineer certification preferred.
