Traveling Multifamily Superintendent - Build Projects That Matter Nationwide
Base:

and projects spanning from coast to coast, they’re looking to add a
Traveling Superintendent
to their growing Multifamily Division.
This isn’t your average job - it’s a chance to

What You’ll Be Doing
Take the lead on-site for large-scale
multifamily and mixed-use projects
across the U.S.
Drive schedules, safety, budgets, and quality with precision and pride
Coordinate trades, resolve challenges, and keep communication sharp between field and office
Mentor up-and-coming leaders while collaborating with seasoned PMs and execs
Deliver projects that strengthen communities and stand the test of time
What You Bring
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on
ground-up multifamily or commercial projects
Strong understanding of
construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
Proficiency with tools like
Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to
travel nationwide
- with company-covered lodging and per diem
