Job Description
The Medical Surgical Step Down Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, primarily focusing on patient care in a teaching hospital setting. You will interact with students and new hires frequently and are expected to contribute positively to a supportive culture.
Responsibilities
Administer drips and infusions, and start IVs as needed. Transfer and transport patients safely. Float to the LGH campus as required based on staffing needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty. Current BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Familiarity with Cerner is a plus. Active VA or Compact License required at the time of submission. Travel experience is required. All requested RTO must be included at the time of submission. Why ARMStaffing?
