The Responsibilities

Provide a single source of truth: Act as the ultimate decision-maker on design requirements, ensuring the development team has a single, clear point of contact for questions about product design.

Guide the design process: Facilitate collaboration between designers and the development team. Guide story creation, help break down complex design features, and use techniques like Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to ensure clear acceptance criteria.

Participate in Agile events: Actively engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and team retrospectives, providing the design perspective and accepting completed design-related stories.
