Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with 15+ years of IT experience to lead product strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery execution. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to drive product innovation, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision‑making. Align business objectives with technology solutions to drive measurable outcomes. Backlog & Delivery Management Own and manage the product backlog, including feature prioritization and iteration planning. Reorder backlog items based on changing business priorities and stakeholder feedback. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define and uphold the Definition of Done (DoD) for deliverables. Provide clear direction to Agile teams and ensure understanding of customer needs. Team Leadership & Collaboration Act as the liaison between business units, engineering, and quality assurance. Mentor and guide consultants and team members on best practices and problem‑solving strategies. Lead Agile workshops and coach teams on Agile methodologies and delivery excellence. Foster a collaborative culture and influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority. Execution & Delivery Excellence Lead planning and release management activities to ensure timely product delivery. Manage project risks, financial aspects, and overall progress tracking. Support Agile ceremonies and remove impediments impacting team velocity. Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for product‑related queries and feedback. Clearly communicate priorities, updates, and trade‑offs to stakeholders. Create supporting documentation, user interface notes, and wireframes when needed. Role Offers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with stakeholder management. Expertise in decision‑making, risk management, and prioritization in fast‑paced environments. Strong organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail and delivery excellence. Experience in market analysis, release planning, and financial management. Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Certified Product Owner (CPO) required. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Subject matter expertise in relevant industry domains or technical platforms.
