Overview Staples is a business-to-business retailer where you’ll be part of a high‑impact eCommerce team that delivers customer‑centric site experiences to position Staples as a digital selling platform of choice. Your work will span mobile, desktop, and app platforms, using customer insights, analytics, and testing to build a strong innovation pipeline and bring products and solutions to market seamlessly. You’ll collaborate with sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, marketing, and technology teams to provide a world‑class, holistic digital experience that grows profitable results.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.

Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of digital products.

Lead the product planning process, from grooming the backlog to prioritization and developing epics and user stories.

Partner with cross‑functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Manager a team of product owners and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.

3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field.

Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

Experience in the specific industry (e.g., B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
