What You’ll Do

Spearhead planning, design, and construction services for cutting‑edge wastewater projects, from pipelines to pump stations to treatment facilities.

Lead master plans and technical studies that shape the future of water recovery.

Mentor our rising talent and build lasting client relationships that drive innovation.

Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tap into Jacobs’ powerhouse network of technical experts.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.

Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.

Strong communication skills.

Demonstrated self‑starter.

Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, along with related master planning, design, and project development experience.

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.

Ideally, you’ll also have

10+ years of experience.

Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client‑facing skills.

Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
