Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will demonstrate knowledge and experience in independently tearing down, servicing, and reassembling semi-automatic equipment such as

ROSIE, Blaster, Sigma Press, and Vertical Lathe

. The role involves operating, troubleshooting, and ordering replacement parts. The technician will perform scheduled preventative maintenance and make necessary repairs to all company equipment, machines, and systems.

Responsibilities

Independently tear down, service, and reassemble semi-automatic equipment.

Operate, troubleshoot, and order replacement parts for equipment.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and make repairs on all company equipment, machines, and systems.

Take apart equipment to perform necessary mechanical and electrical fixes.

Conduct electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading.

Install and maintain pneumatic systems.

Essential Skills

Experience in electrical, troubleshooting, hydraulics, mechanical, industrial, and pneumatic systems.

Proficiency in repair, preventative maintenance, and maintenance repair.

Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.

Knowledge of

motors, welding, 3-phase systems,

and

automation.

Experience with programmable systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of

electrical, pneumatic

, and

hydraulic systems

and

PLC controls.

Skilled at MIG welding.

Ability to read and interpret

service manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plainfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $76960.00/yr.

5-8% year bonus every April
