About the Role
We are looking for a
DeltaV Engineer
to design, configure, and implement
Emerson DeltaV automation systems
for the life sciences industry. You’ll help deliver reliable, compliant, and high‑quality automation solutions that support pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
Emerson DeltaV control systems
based on project and client requirements. Configure DeltaV for
batch processes
following
ISA‑88 standards . Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective automation solutions. Set up
controllers, HMIs, and historian systems
in line with
GAMP 5, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11
regulations. Perform
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
and
Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) . Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and system validation on‑site. Prepare technical documentation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical, Control Systems, Chemical Engineering , or related field. 3–7 years of experience with automation/control systems, ideally with Emerson DeltaV. Experience in
ISA‑88 batch configuration
and process control strategies. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). Knowledge of
GAMP5, cGMP , and validation life cycle preferred. Experience in Life Sciences is a plus but not mandatory. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Seniority level
