Job Description EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Sales Admin/Document Specialist for our dealership in Duluth, GA. As a Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience. If you’re a self‑sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, fun environment, we’re looking for you. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the financial document processes.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
Check all paperwork for the correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits

Experience in a retail environment
